Waiver

1. Assumption of Risk:

 I understand and acknowledge that swimming and participating in aquatic activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of drowning, injury, or illness. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in OLYMPIA SWIM ACADEMY’s programs.

2. Health and Fitness:

 I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in swimming activities. I acknowledge that I have disclosed any medical conditions, disabilities, or other limitations that may affect my ability to participate safely.

3. Compliance with Rules:

 I agree to comply with all safety rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by OLYMPIA SWIM ACADEMY staff and instructors. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in my removal from the program without refund.

4. Release of Liability:

 In consideration of being permitted to participate in  OLYMPIA SWIM ACADEMY’s programs, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue OLYMPIA SWIM ACADEMY, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or death, resulting from my participation in the program, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise.

5. Indemnification:

 I agree to indemnify and hold harmless  OLYMPIA SWIM ACADEMY, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the program or any breach of this waiver.

6. Photography and Video Release:

 I grant OLYMPIA SWIM ACADEMY the irrevocable right to use photographs and videos taken during the program for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

7. Sever ability:

 If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
